Cooperation between Mp3.Ua and Copyright Holders

Dear visitors! From the very beginning our site carries out the sales of the exceptionally licensed music. In order to pay remuneration to authors, singers and phonograms producers, we, MP3.UA, have signed agreements with the of property rights owners and specially authorized organizations of collective management.

However, as from January, 10 the certificate of registration was withdrawn there are no organizations authorized to collect remuneration on neighbouring rights in Ukraine. This situation does not depend on us, and we can’t influence on it. In order not to hurt Your, dear subscribers, interests, and respecting interests of singers and phonograms producers, till the problem is solved MP3.UA accumulates remunerations on neighbouring rights.

At any appeal to MP3.UA of singers, neighbouring property rights owners or other authorized persons, we are ready to sign proper agreements immediately and transfer the remuneration for using of works.
